Re-find Your Wild Self

Chateau sunset.jpg

A day of nature-based, psychological, and body-based exploration around self-expression, creativity, and freedom.

Saturday 13th October 10am-5pm.

Price:  £60 for the day (or the discounted price of £100 total if you also book for the ‘Wild Words’ workshop)

Bristol Green House, Ashley Down, Bristol

Is there a part of yourself that yearns to be expressed? To behave exactly as it’s been told not to behave? A part of you that calls for connection, flow, and health. That craves to not only survive, but thrive?

Many of us have had glimpses of our Wild Self. Yet, we expend huge amounts of energy trying to tame those parts of ourselves we associate with it: the instinctual, emotional, and embodied. The senses, the risky, the playful, the curious, the process oriented, even the courageous, and strong.

This workshop is a playful, but also at times serious, exploration of how and why we do that. It’s a journey to realising that its guidance is always there, if we only know how to listen, recognise, and act upon it. It’s a path to living a wild life.

The only pre-requisite for this workshop, is the experience of being a human being.

Handouts are included in the price of the workshop. Tea and coffee will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.

Booking must be made in advance. To book, contact Beccy, at beccygolding@blueyonder.co.uk. Please put the name of the workshop(s) you wish to attend in the subject heading of the email.
